Having lived and breathed the building industry for much of his life, Chris is passionate about building beautifully-crafted, quality, custom homes that delight their owners. He’s also committed to personally working closely with all our clients.

Chris’s journey began during school holidays when he worked for a commercial building business as a brickies labourer at high-rise construction sites. From there, it was a natural progression, as he went from a carpentry apprentice to site supervisor, before becoming a fully-licenced builder.

As founder and director of Munro Designed Homes, Chris sets high standards for himself and the MDH team, with an emphasis on building quality and value. When he’s not busy turning your dream home into a reality, Chris enjoys competitive sailing and spending time with his young family.

Yohanna leverages her 20+ years’ experience in the building industry as she oversees estimation and sales for Munro Designed Homes.

Calm and professional, Yohanna enhances your MDH experience with consistent, transparent communication. She also regularly liaises with our team and contractors, doing her part to ensure your custom home reflects the home you’ve always dreamt of.

Away from MDH, Yohanna enjoys indulging her inner foodie, travelling, and spending time with close family and friends.

A qualified and talented interior designer, Virginie has worked on a number of homes that have received HIA Builders Awards.

As our interior designer, Virginie helps you bring your dream custom home to life with innovative design concepts that meet your specific needs. With her guidance, you can be confident that the finishes and products you select for your home won’t just match your vision – they’ll also look great!

Years spent travelling through Europe and America have helped develop Virginie’s sense of flair and design, as she draws on styles from Paris, London, New York, and beyond.

A qualified UK accountant and BAS agent, Jeanette brings with her over 30 years of accounting experience to the team. During this time, she has worked both as an internal accountant and provided accounting support to several residential building companies.

In addition to managing the accounts, Jeanette takes care of office administration and keeps you upto date during the course of your build with Munro Designed Homes.

When she’s not liaising with you or taking care of the accounts and MDH office, she loves spending time with her husband and their new granddaughter and beloved pooches.

Luke’s time with Munro Designed Homes began in 2010 when he joined us as an adult apprentice. A valued member of our construction team, he now acts as our carpentry supervisor.

With a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, Luke manages and oversees our carpentry apprentices. He’s also responsible for carefully analysing the plans for your new home. Luke’s excellent knowledge of carpentry and a keen eye for detail help him bring your design to life.

Away from the tools, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, riding along the beach, and watching the blues win their AFL matches. He also likes to repurpose vintage items into planters for succulents and cactuses.

Jessica takes care of all Munro Designed Home’s marketing needs. You may even have heard of us thanks to her work!

Promoting our services to people looking to build their dream custom home, Jessica takes care of social media monitoring and posting, website control, and any other tasks that fall under her marketing “umbrella”.

Away from her desk, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family, pooch, and friends. She’s also passionate about fitness, music, and cooking.
